I am a creative director and producer across cultural projects, events and festivals. From concept to production, I work across art forms and disciplines to reimagine spaces and challenge traditional theatre conventions, collaborating with communities and artists to transform space and place, through performance and cultural experiences. I am committed to coaching and supporting independent creatives to achieve long term career sustainability, through fundraising, project development and vision planning. I currently divide my time as a freelancer and as Senior Creative Producer at Poet in the City leading on Collections in Verse, a national partnership project with British Library and library services across the UK which sees community co-creation, brand new poetry commissions and ambitious library takeovers take place across five cities in two years.Prior to this, I worked for East London Dance, leading on their artist development and professional performance programmes which included producing shows for Levi's UK & Europe, Shoreditch Town Hall and the Tower of London. I have also worked with London College of Fashion, Festival Republic (Latitude Festival, Reading & Leeds), Remarkable Productions, London Mela, Feminist Review, Emergency Exit Arts, Mahogany Carnival Design, London Legacy Development Corporation, National Theatre and London Boroughs of Southwark, Barking & Dagenham and Brent.
