I oversee and execute all aspects of social media management for the brand and co-founder Trudi Jaye. I collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to align social strategies with broader marketing campaigns while ensuring all content adheres to our brand’s tone and guidelines.I also manage influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and giveaways, fostering meaningful connections with our online community to drive growth and engagement. Through consistent performance tracking, detailed reporting, and ongoing optimisation, I ensure all campaigns meet and exceed KPIs.With strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting, I stride in brining the Retreatment Botanics story to life, focusing on delivering impactful, results-driven content that resonates with our loyal audience and reflects the brand’s values of clean, sustainable skincare.

In this role, I created and managed social media strategies for local and international brands. I coordinated influencer campaigns, from outreach to execution, and handled reporting to improve engagement.I worked on content creation, including filming, editing, and scheduling posts across platforms for both organic and paid media. Building relationships with influencers and content creators was a key part of the role, as well as representing the brand at events and assisting with planning and logistics.I also stayed up-to-date with industry trends to keep strategies fresh and effective.
