👋🏽 Hi, my name is Ruby Bentley, I'm a passionate HR/People Professional🎓 CIPD level 5 📚 Experienced HR Generalist with global employee relations, legislation, employee engagement, payroll, reward, and people operations in industries such as global marketing, higher education, tech start-ups, and healthcare. Building out processes and people functions from the ground up in high-growth businesses, partnering with stakeholders and people managers to implement processes with training and policy guidance. Presently working in a tech startup as a People Partner, developing our people function, improving our core team engagement and performance via Lattice, onboarding experience, and core team retention by up to 98% over 2022 & and 2023 and EOR Global employment. 💻 My future goals are to specialise in which I'm currently exploring the area I most excel, along with being part of the People Professional industry to progress the people experience in the workplace by changing up ways of working to promote better workplace well-being, work-life balance, and remote first working. 🏔 In my free time you can find me painting, creating mixed media art pieces, getting involved in art festivals, trying out new recipes, and hiking.
