Passionate and avid member of the community, looking to create residential and community capacity for resiliency, mental wellbeing and social connection. I have history in supporting individuals through mental health interventions, empowerment, communication capacity, and goal-oriented work. Additionally, I have devoted interests in working with racialized communities and newcomers to provide support and better quality of life through skill building.I have worked with a wide range of vulnerable populations for the last several years in basic needs support, recreational support, kinaesthetic development, and government-based aide to promote wellbeing on both the micro and mezzo level.
