With over nine years of experience in the healthcare sector, I am a TeleHealth Clinical Technician at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where I provide remote clinical support to veterans and their providers. I have an Associate of Science degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant, and I am proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare software. I have also worked as an Advance MSA at the VA, where I coordinated and scheduled appointments, referrals, and consultations for veterans. Before joining the VA, I was a Screener at Fayetteville Gastroenterology, where I performed vital signs, blood draws, and EKGs for patients.
