TASHED is dedicated to humanitarian efforts, development, community-centered initiatives, and advocacy. Our mission is to identify and address the underlying gaps and challenges that hinder progress in health, environmental sustainability, and development, aligning our efforts with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We collaborate closely with key government decision-makers and community members to drive development initiatives critical for enhancing the environment and health of community members.My role within TASHED involves developing our fundraising portfolio, structuring program management, establishing partnerships, and providing comprehensive oversight of the charity's activities.

SAHM’s official launch event was on 17 July 2020, with a day of curated content across socialmedia by TV presenter and Founding Patron of SAHM Anita Rani. The launch will begin witha specially commissioned poem from Hussain Manawer (poet and mental healthcampaigner) celebrating the extensive contribution South Asia has had on British culture.There was special appearances on the day from a wide range of well-known British SouthAsian celebrities and familiar faces including Nadiya Hussain, Meera Syal, and SanjeevBhaskar, along with many of the grassroots volunteers and activists supporting the month,providing a taster of the online events to come, from food to music, and fashion to art.The incredibly successful event gained international recognition, with over 83 million engagements via social media and 30 million reach.

Ruthless was created as a multimedia company that would help and nurture young talent in the UK. The UK is overflowing with creative talent yet often it goes undetected. Our role is to offer young musicians, designers and creatives the opportunity to showcase their talent. Ruthless was founded by myself and brought to life with help of Amardeep Singh Dhillion. Together we have a built a team that covers many issues and topics that affect the youth today from politics to culture. During the last year, our highlights include two events; a grime and house party. The talent on the night was local and both nights were incredibly successful.

What you see in Disorder today, you’ll see everywhere else 6 months later; Disorder has its finger firmly on the pulse of Youth Culture and is often compared to both The Face and ID Magazine.Responsibility:EditorI initially started at Disorder as an intern however climbed my way up to the Editor; my job responsibility included creating and editing content for on-line and print. A part of this is keeping up-to-date with trends and key events of interest to our demographic. It is my job to make sure Disorder is cutting edge, we are covering stories before any other youth platform.• To maintain a social media presence as well as develop it further. • To create an annual projection plan of every forum Disorder used from Facebook to Twitter.• Keep track and gather the statistics of each and do a monthly meeting with the team to see what posts are doing well and what do we need to push. • To train interns’/ staff writers in every field of the magazine (Fashion, music, film etc.). • Collaborate with PR's with events, editorials and content. • For Disorder Magazine's business element, I made an annual issue plan; a draft of each issue, the themes that would be covered, deadlines and potential sponsors. • I also built connections with major brands and companies like Ministry of Sound and MTV as sponsors and partners.
