• Assistant to School Principal: • answer phone lines and emails, data entry, create reports, support with scheduling and coordinating agendas, meetings and appointments• Establish daily work procedures such as filing system and employee break room and supply room maintenance• Responsibilities include filing, faxing, and copying documents, running errands with shipment drop-offs and hand- deliveries, ordering supplies, retrieving and distributing office mail• Use of Skyward school system

• Provide professional and hospitable service• Greet customers and initiate conversations with the objective of getting to know the client. To inform customers of ongoing promotions, provide general assistance with questions and upselling.• Sales floor support including engaging with customers and running and preparing products for check-out• Administrative support; complete and file Excel reports, answer phone lines, client-outreach via phone or email, closing out and verifying opening/closing cashier duties.• Back/Front-of-house responsibilities such as stock organization and maintenance, processing repairs, shipping and handling merchandise, participate in store inventories and visual updates.• Replenish and maintain floor up to sales standard.
