Ruby is a social impact professional passionate about all things ESG & CSR - specifically reconciliation, environmental sustainability, social procurement, diversity, equity and inclusion. With over 3 years experience managing Slattery’s Reconciliation Action Plan program, including writing the 21-23 and 23-25 Innovate RAPs, a Cultural Protocol document and a number of other core reconciliation strategy documents, Ruby has developed specialised skills & knowledge enabling her to generate authentic social impact - particularly in reconciliation with First Nations peoples. With a strong understanding of the Victorian Government’s Social Procurement Framework, Ruby is a passionate advocate for the development of meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships and outcomes through social procurement. Ultimately, Ruby aims to highlight to organisations how engaging in this process leads to more inclusive and successful workplaces. Ruby takes pride in having been a part of varying corporate social responsibility related initiatives, including coordinating sustainability groups, employee wellness & inclusion, developing key policies and strategies relating to CSR, and providing social impact presentations and reports.
