Provide operational support for Houston office team, including executive leadership, sales and business development staff, and talent management function.Monitor consultant weekly time and expense submissions and client invoicing; assist consultants with payroll, HR and IT issues; manage electronic consultant records (pay rates; hires, terminations, leave status, worksite location).Download data from Adapt business system and create Excel reports related to invoice tracking, weekly consultant time reports, verification reports for SOX, and VMS reports.Generate weekly reports and prepare documents for all meetings.Manage accounts receivable and follow-up process.Track office revenue by consultant for the entire Houston Practice.Coordinate internal management meetings and consultant events.Support general office operations and special projects.Develop strong working relationships with consultant population.Provide administrative support for the following Houston office functions: sales, business development, marketing, human resources, talent management, back office operations and special projects.Prepare consultant candidate files and coordinated pre-employment verifications. Facilitate new hire orientations.Coordinate multiple calendars, make travel arrangements, and schedule client appointments for managers and directors. Coordinate background checks.
