My team and I spearheaded a project on non-custodial sentencing in Ghana, engaging stakeholders such as the Office of the Attorney General, the Center for Democratic Development, and the Ghana Bar Association. Our project aims to advocate for reforms to Ghana's penal system, including amendments to the Criminal and Other Offences Code and the establishment of an offender rehabilitation program to aid reintegration of former prisoners into society.
