Senior Operations Officer
Current- Leading school procurement projects on student / staff uniforms, classroom resources, learning materials, office equipments etc- Implementation of online shopping platform, develop the policy and standard operations procedure, provide training to internal user and troubleshooting- Meeting with senior management team to develop and design new school products, ie seasonal gifts and souvenirs- Managing sales order and inventory control- Ensure all production items, resources, learning materials accordance with the Toys and Children Products Safety Ordinance - Budget and costs management - Event equipment and materials management- Warehouse and vendors management- Collaborating with other departments on purchase request or materials sourcing- Oversees on products pricing, production timelines and quality assurance- Ensure all production items align with organisations specifications- Response to parents enquiries and requests, maintaining high level of customer satisfaction- Providing various operations and administrations support on organisation or school events, eg Sports Day, Annual Dinner, Graduation Ceremony, Seminars, Concerts and Performances, duties includes Purchasing, Logistics, Venue Booking, Hiring of Vehicles, Ordering Special Supplies, etc- Maintaining product list up-to-date- Preparing various reports and assist in annual audit- To assist in other ad hoc matters- Direct report to Operations Manager
