*Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications to determine appropriate actions to maintain 2 computer labs operations as well as coordinate with teachers for usage and on calendar *Assist teachers, staff and students with digital instructional resources and electronic technology media broadcasting mass communication *Coordinate students, teachers and district technical support personnel to maintain student/teacher devices and desktops (for over 100 teachers and 1000 students) *Perform/prepare documentation record-keeping(reports, memos, instructions, etc) and general clerical functions to support computer labs usage and dismantle info *Conduct and maintain inventory of computer lab equipment, technology, whole school inventory as well as furniture and other barcoded/non-barcoded items * in charge of all copiers/printers/lamination/projectors/WiDis of whole school also of maintaining copier codes for teachers and staff *maintain inventory of printer cartridges for school * As an AV specialist as well, I am in-charge of AV equipment, the Auditorium, sound system, lights, and its inventory *Coordinate with outside vendors and school for auditorium usage *Keep open contact with teachers, students, staff and district of all levels *Monitor/maintain school website(webmaster) and send out electronic flyers *Set-up computers/printers/copiers/instructive tech and maintain mobile carts
