- Email marketing, launching, and continued writing for the MyHastingsMatters newsletter. The newsletter is now sent to 34,000 Hastings residents, with regular open rates of 35% and above.- Social media content planning and creation. Since the new communications team took over in March (which I am a part of), the average monthly reach on Facebook has doubled and an official Instagram has been launched which has now over 1300 followers.- Writing, editing and issuing press releases on key council issues. These press releases have received interest from the BBC, ITV and regularly on local media channels such as the Hastings Observer.- Website content creation and editing. I have helped keep the council's website up to date and keep its style consistent including throughout the COVID-19 pandemic when the information was changing on a daily basis. - Media relations. This includes estting up interviews between council leadership or colleagues with various media outlets such as BBC Sussex, responding to media enquiries both via email and on the spot in phone calls from a variety of media organisations

This involved communication with key senior managers, councillors and council leaders.- Writing and publish minutes for public viewing, required to take down information and discussions quickly and coherently, and publish final approved version within 10 days of the meeting.- Working to tight deadlines. These deadlines were often legal requirements. Had to ensure time was well organised and things were planned in advance.
