Responsible for Outbound and Inbound Reservations - Fax, Computerized Telex and Email systemsGroup Bookings & Delegations for Trident & The Oberoi Hotel.Retrieving and feeding reservation details on GDS/Opera and Trust (Systems).Trade Partners Support - Updating Rates & Offers for Corporates, Travel Agents on Opera (system).Trade Partners Support - Coordinating with Travel Agents & corporates with the arrangements to be made for their delegates and groups.Trade Partners Support – Maintaining records of Travel Agent’s Commission & Ensuring smooth disbursal.Sales Support – Updating room status on Global Distribution System / Trust Reservations / Expedia.Com. Also keeping Regional Sales Offices and other Sales Offices updated on the room status daily.Customer Support – Guest Interaction & Query / Complaint Redressal.Internal Communication - Coordinating with the different departmental heads for smooth functioning and guest satisfaction.Internal Communication - Conducting Briefings, Technical and Behavioral Training programs for entire Reservations team.Inventory Management - Controlling Room Inventory & Reporting.
