Current Scrutinizing monthly attendance records of employees and informing about discrepancies, if any, to them. Calculating and maintaining monthly leave balance. Assisting HR Manager with recruitment of candidates and completing paper formalities. Maintaining of statutory registers like ESI, PF, and Professional tax. Entering and updating new joiner’s information, resignations and promotions of existing employees into HR’s database system. Completing exit formalities like exit interviews, paper work. Yearly renewing of insurance policy for existing employees and midterm additions of new employees. Processing of insurance claims for reimbursement as and when received. Planning and organizing company events like luncheons, get-together and picnics. Planning and organizing activities like development workshop, training programs. Preparing induction program and presentations for newly joined employees. Creating forms for employee’s benefits like referral scheme form and referral claim form. Drafting letters and documents. Collecting, analyzing & distributing information to the concerned departments within the organization. Organizing & maintaining important files, papers and records. Keeping inventory of office supplies, stationeries and equipments. Coordinating with the vendors for placing orders and processing invoices of the office supplies on timely basis. Making air travel and hotel stay arrangements for employees and guests. Supervising office boys and housekeeping by creating checklist of daily work conducted within the organization. Conducting board meetings, preparing and editing correspondence and reports for presentation.
