During my academic journey, I actively pursued opportunities to apply my knowledge in practical settings, gaining valuable experience in communication skills, relationship building, negotiation skills, time management, HR practices, market awareness, resilience and persistence.My journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in advertising and promotion, digital marketing, marketing strategy and I am eager to leverage these skills to contribute effectively in recruiting agencies or sports marketing. I am particularly passionate about officiating basketball, and I am driven by the opportunity to learning and continuous growth where I can I expand my skills and knowledge.In addition to my academic accomplishments, I have developed strong judgement and decision making, leadership and authority, stress management, adaptability, conflict resolution, and stress management which are crucial for succeeding in a collaborative work environment.I am currently seeking opportunities where I can continue to grow both personally and professionally.
