Employed via SSE Renewables to lead on the Skills and Development work being undertaken by the Offshore Wind Industry Council (OWIC), Pathways to Growth workstream (P2G). P2G is the Offshore Wind Sector Deal’s workstream focused on identifying and addressing the key environmental and consenting challenges that are a barrier to the UK meeting its offshore.

On 6th December 2021, the Scottish Government replaced its 15 year old recruitment system with an Applicant Tracking System by iCIMS, one of the first SaaS products to be rolled out to the organisation.
