Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of customer histories. Coordinate and communicate with team members, the Renewals Manager, and other departments to successfully resolve inquiries and customer issues in a timely fashion. Build and maintain relationships with all customers that have requested post-sales support. Track and report findings to management concerning customer experience trends, issues and suggestions. Collect updates to customer records such as address information, technical and billing contact and other important data and sends to the address book team. Maintain clear, accurate documentation of maintenance calls and responses. Enter renewal orders and information into database and verify accuracy of entry including price verification. Relay information to appropriate departments for renewal processing and correction of customer issues. Provide management with timely and accurate activity reports on aspects of customer service activity.
