Customer service and satisfaction are my #1 goals when I take on that role. My most rewarding so far was with R1, RCM. Working with so many clients scheduling out patient imaging, most of the time I'm their first point of contact after receiving some not so good news. I want them to know, to actually feel that I genuinely care about their well-being along with making sure their needs and questions are met with the same accuracy as I would expect mine to be. It really does come naturally for me. I enjoyed being a part of so many experiences and helping them along that journey of discovering what, if anything, will change in their day to day life moving forward.
