As someone who has worked in customer service and staff scheduling, I am experienced in maintaining composure while handling difficult situations.I worked for Macy's for 8 years starting as an on-call employee, and worked my way up to Counter Manager of a million-dollar makeup counter.My journey took me to working in grocery as a Shift Manager during the height of Covid. With this experience, I gained the ability to lead a team to success under stress.In my current role as a Scheduling Coordinator II, I adapt and adjust to the many daily challenges that occur due to anything from staff callouts to new client services.Through thorough and thoughtful communication, customer service skills, and adaptability, I have earned much success in this role and am looking to further my talents in a new challenge.
