I would receive incoming calls from clients and assist promptly, using my initiative and knowledge to make the best decisions for the benefit and health of service users whilst actively communicating effectively with medical professionals to ensure the correct care is obtained, including:-Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;Regular attendance at department Teams Meetings;Communicating effectively with medical professionals;Handling clients in sensitive situations with the correct approach;Using initiative to make the best decisions for the benefit and health of service users;Able to converse with therapists, care homes and staff as and when needed; Dealing with special requests to ensure that all runs smoothly;Ensuring that GDPR is adhered to due to the sensitive/personal nature of clients;Ensuring services are delivered by target date and time set;Assisting on medical deliveries with technicians and fitting medical equipment catered to clients;Using technology daily such as Excel, Teams, email and booking system; andInternet access to comply with duties.

Manual labour, making up bespoke fitted furniture;Completing tailor-made furniture, catered to the specific needs of the Clients;Understanding blueprints to gather correct materials;Sanding, measuring, spraying product, ensuring accurate measurements;On the road with colleagues to fit the furniture;Ensuring all orders were completed to a high standard and on time; andReporting to the Line Manager to check the jobs completed, ensuring efficiency
