Giving the opportunity to work at L’Occitane, I have been able to expand my knowledge of the retail industry. Being able to present my skills from studying my degree, I have been given the opportunities to work on visual merchandising within my store and also collaborate with other stores (I.e. creating graphic posters for L’Occitane Bluewater’s location move)I have gained, and developed, many skills in the duration of my job such as communication, organisation, administrative and so forth… The greatest achievement I have gained was transitioning from a Sales Associate to a Senior Sales Associate within the first year of working.

- Participated in speaking to prospect students in the duration of a virtual open day. - Acted as course representative (Spatial and Interior Design) in “Student Experience” video. Such tasks included collaborating with creating script, filming in course studios, speaking of personal experiences within the course etc.
