Operational Analyst
The Operational Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring operations adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulation requirements. They evaluate, implement, monitor, and communicate operational policies to departments.Additional responsibilities and skills include:-Maintain official policy and oversee change control process.-Ensure outdated policies are promptly replaced by new and modified operational policies.-Create and coordinate communications and training on policy changes for the staff.-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes.-Conduct Administrative Account Reviews and other internal audits to ensure compliance with operational policies.-Review and analyze data to identify potential compliance issues and evaluate ways to resolve them.-Conduct appropriate follow-up with those audited to resolve audit findings.-Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members and senior management.-Strong attention to detail and advanced ability to analyze complex data.-Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and company objectives.-Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
