KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• For companies and trusts, preparation of management accounts and financial reports to support tax, for lodgement with government agencies• Preparation of business activity statements, IAS, PAYG and payment summaries or business clients• Bookkeeping and maintain general ledgers for business clients• Preparation of payroll on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis for business clients • Preparation of tax returns for companies, partnerships, trust and individuals• Liaison with Medicare and Australian Taxation Office• Financial para planning to rollover superannuation benefits, draw transition-to-retirement pensions, and securing insurance with respect to life cover, incomeprotection, and total & permanent disability insurance• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending regular industryworkshops, keeping up-to-date with industry news and upgrading relevant qualifications

The role involves working night shifts from 11pm – 7am (currently Friday & Saturday):KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Ability to accurately identify any discrepancies which exists between revenue and payments• Confident to complete the night audit report thoroughly and accurately• Exceptional Customer Service & Communication Skills• Flexible and adaptable to the fast paced & dynamic hotel industry• A team player with a positive & enthusiastic attitude keen to contribute to the success of the business• Performing end of day procedures/duties and generating reports for the General Manager• Reconciling money/transactions received throughout the day and banking it• Responsible for a cash float throughout shift and ensuring all floats balance correctlyat the end of shift• Performing check-ins & check-outs of guests, making reservations through excellentF2F and phone service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Preparing budgets, business activity statement, accounts payable/receivable and payroll for the organisation•Develop, sustain, maximise revenue and grow business from all target market segments to meet the budgeted revenue•Work in conjunction with specific strategic stakeholders to action tactical marketing initiatives to achieve optimum revenue results for all segments of the business unit•Research and pursuit of new business opportunities for the Skin Care Industry•Prepare and review monthly forecast and market share reports and actively participate in ensuring business levels and market share is maintained•Provide input into the Business Unit's annual budget•Manage strong relationships with senior decision makers•Handle client complaints and forward on to relevant departments•Liaison with all the stakeholders (State Training Services Department, ATO, Agents, Suppliers and Students)
