Work at the front desk of Georgetown University’s Yates Field House. Validate and verify hundreds of memberships, answers phone inquiries, makes court reservations, and corresponds with management. Work at the Yates Pro Shop, managing over 50 items of gym inventory, rentals, and sales.

Lead 2 overnight retreats per semester for over 200 first-year and transfer students to increase student well-being and sense of belonging. Collaborate with 35 peer leaders to plan activities and recruit participation in this flagship undergrad experience. Facilitate 1-hour reflective group discussions with 5 retreat participants and a peer leader. Lead activities including hiking, personal reflection, and music for 60 retreat participants.

Worked as a Ride Operator and Team Lead. Responsibilities included operating rides, supervising the team, and ensuring patron satisfaction and safety.
