Research parcels for potential purchase. Prepare Purchase & Sale Agreements, Leases, and Broker Listing Agreements. Create and maintain entities for companies and EINs. Track and maintain sick leave and vacation for employees.

Responsibilities included researching potential parcels, preparing builder certifications and reports, preparing entitlement applications and submittals, and working on special projects.

Responsibilities began as a Help Desk consultant using Clarify then Remedy to support four in-house applications developed to track supply chain for marketing and customer retention programs world-wide. Duties progressed to a Corporate training position which included the development and delivery of training nationwide.

Duties included heavy customer contact with over 500 North American branches, managing small to medium projects using MS Access, and programming reports using Crystal Report Writer.

Duties included the preparation, creation, design, and execution of presentations and marketing. Provided training and support of MS Office to all levels - from the CEO at the corporate office to Regional Vice Presidents and Branch Managers across the nation.
