With guidance from the Recruitment Manager and as part of a friendly and supportive HR Team, I am responsible for the full recruitment cycle of hundreds of part-time and temporary staff members every year during all school holidays: from sourcing and selecting, to training and monitoring. At Super Camps, we comply with the safeguarding and OFSTED regulations by completing the relevant checks on staff.
