As a co-founder of The Meta Morph Award, I am passionate about the transformative power of AI Film. My experience with the Ken Griffiths Bureau and Thunderdance Film Festival ignited my enthusiasm for event organisation and curation.The Meta Morph Award celebrates groundbreaking films and artists embracing AI in filmmaking. We curate high-quality festivals and exhibitions to honour these achievements.

I started The Bureau as a creative hub to honour my father, Ken, and his photographic legacy. As I archived Kenʼs work, going through both seen and unseen photographs and stories from his endless adventures, I realised so much more could be done with what he left behind. I wished to find a way for others to pick up where he left off, to continue the analogue adventure, and in doing so, introduce a new audience to the world of analogue.

I co-founded the Hackney and Cannes based bi-annual Short Film Festival, Thunderdance, in 2017, to showcase new talent in independent films. Our mission at Thunderdance was to give a voice to emerging filmmakers and the issues that mattered to them. Combining my professional and academic experience with my passion for independent cinema I instigated our winter “dark” festival with a focus on Mental Health, a subject very close to my heart. I helped select a world class jury including, the late Rutger Hauer, Rankin, Colin Salmon, David Nutter and Barry H. Waldman, among many others. Daily tasks, included design of website, finding and organising sponsors, prizes, marketing strategy, PR, social media, and I organised the screening events to showcase the winners twice a year.
