Ruby Haddock joined Kids on the Move in March, 2014 as Vice President of DevelopmentShe provides daily management-level oversight of various operational and administrative functions within the Development Department, including activities related to grant management, donor development, database systems, and the department's policies, procedures, and processes, while ensuring a strong focus on performance measures and accountability. Her presence and personal volunteering in the community allows her to create strong relationships with many businesses, other non-profits and donors.She also has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in for-profit organizational operations, management, strategic development, public relations, marketing, community management education, and event planning. This experience allows her to thrive as a Development Officer at Kids on the Move for the past decade as part of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that the needs of the organization are resourced for years to come.Ruby earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing. Ruby lives in Sandy, UT with her husband and son. She is the mother of 2 wonderful sons and grandmother of 2 darling grandchildren. Her personal interests include spending time with her family, spending time in nature including hiking, paddle boarding and traveling.
