I am an ambitious final year psychology student at Liverpool John Moores University, looking to progress into full time employment upon completion of my undergraduate degree.I have over three years of experience in a retail environment, which required great customer service skills, telephone etiquette and the ability to converse with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures. I have recently carried out casual work with a hospitality agency, leading me to becoming trained as a betting operator for BritBet. This allowed me to work at Cheltenham festival and the Grand National as a tote courier which involved taking bets, handling cash, and paying out bets on the tills, dealing with customers in a high-pressured environment. More work with this agency has led me to work for football clubs, restaurants, concerts and several sporting events, giving me bar and waitressing experience, as well as expanding my social skills by working in a range of unfamiliar environments.
