• Search for candidates in relevant professional fields and make a talent map, and use this as a basis to suggest to the company’s senior manager, also include suggestions for the talent search directions;• Search the market situation and related materials in related fields, and make a PPT to show managers the situation in the field, introduce the background of such talents, and whether there are qualified candidates;• Assist department managers in recruiting company senior management, read at least 60 candidate resumes every day, interview at least 3 candidates every week, and successfully push at least 2 people to line managers.

1. 作为财务组的猎头助理，每天搜寻主要在北上广的候选人超过七十人，电话联系公司库内候选人最新职情况并及时记录更改，对于有意向候选人会将其简历格式按标准修改；2. 参与了3至5家互联网公司、奢侈品公司、高端酒店财务团队的总账、应收、应付会计等岗位的候选人搜寻与确定，每天能平均成功约谈3名候选人并获取其最新版简历；3. 主动参与每月员工大会、每周两次问题总结与任务分配会议，每天填写“今日应做事项”，并主动将今日新增候选 人、新增简历、原有候选人信息更改记录到库里。

·   作为金融组审计助理，参与了两个项目组的审计工作，做了两家被审计公司的八项穿行测试，主动提出到客户办公处拷贝需求；·  参与了中国银行审计工作，更新其一百多家客户公司的固定资产底稿，核对完公司给出评级与客户所给评级是否一致，发现四家客户存在问题主动与信贷员联系询问； ·做了两家客户的会计分录测试，翻译所需询证函以及银行回函，确认了所有与客户有关联交易需要发送询证函公司的地址和联系人电话是否有变。
