Member of RAF Volunteer Reserve. Attend regular training to develop leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. This includes classroom-based activities, outdoor and adventurous training, flying and military skills, conducted on residential camps and training nights throughout the year.Appointed flight commander July 2023, part of the student leadership team, leading a section of students. Responsibilities include induction and training of new students, and overseeing organisation of squadron activities. Key part of role is communicating with peers, staff and members of my flight.
