Currently work in transfers of real property , experience in estate planning such as vesting , probate ,exemptions exclusions and trusts . My position also includes applying R&T codes mandated by California State Board of Equalization. I also volunteer with a Nonprofit animal rescue Paw Estate Rescue . During my time with PAW Estate Rescue, I have contributed in creating polices and procedures for the rescue. Once they have been created, I leave it up to the rescue to implement. One of the procedures I created was with the procedures to follow at intake. I listed out the steps which included checking for a chip and notating the number if chipped, taking a photo, getting the weight, checking for any visible injuries, and properly filling out the intake form.Im also a volunteer mom in the classroom and as a team mom.
