My responsibilities included maintaining a healthy stock level for 40 DC's from 40 vendor partners. I am accountable for replenishing and rebalancing stock across the US. I also provides daily investigation and communication between vendor and DC’s to resolve misdirected shipment, shortages, and overages.

• Accountable for sending open order reports to vendors and placing data entry for US and Canadian orders via SAP and TREND.
• Communicating with receiving DC’s in accepting and prioritizing critical freight.
• Assistance for the buyers in closing purchase orders and extending expected delivery dates.
• Prioritizing late purchase orders and out of stock items to help increase in-stock rates across the network.
• Supported Buyers and Accts Payable by providing comprehensible feedback on order challenges and exceptions.

• Oversees and maintains stocking levels for 40 vendors, including 2 import vendors
• Accountable for developing and executing inventory strategies for new and existing skus
• Responsible for replenishing and rebalancing stock across the US.
• Manages a skul count of 17,698 with an average inventory of about $10,230,000.
• Provides daily investigation and communication between vendor and DC’s to resolve misdirected shipment, shortages, and overages.
• Analyze and approve or deny requests for movement of product through uncommon paths in order to fulfill urgent customer needs across the country.
