Works in the Clinical Health Services Division within the scope of Agency protocols and State and Federal guidelines. The position is responsible for managing the Health Care for the Homeless program, including the Mobile Medical Unit and Bayside Health Clinic and staff including physicians, nurses, and other paraprofessionals. Expectations is to perform functions requiring independent judgement.

Primary Responsibilities and Specific Duties: Oversees the management of Centers including both Operations and Clinical teamsIn partnership with center leaders, provides supervision, training, and evaluation of all staff within the center in collaboration with other management personnelMonitors and ensures compliance with employee performance management requirementsHires, promotes, disciplines, and terminates staff in partnership with HR and in accordance with legal requirements and corporate policies and proceduresMeets regularly with center leaders to communicate corporate direction and performance feedback. Conducts regular site visits and attends staff meetings as needed.In partnership with senior leaders, has oversight of strategic project management initiatives and implementation activitiesEnsures leaders at the Center level are meeting department and organizational goals. This includes strategic initiatives, turnover, financial requirements and productivity.Collaborates with leaders across the organization to identify objectives and strategies related to performance improvement, care coordination, communications and management of patient care.Receives and resolves patient and staff concerns, and applies problem solving strategies and techniquesMonitors and manages provider productivity to ensure a positive financial statusMonitors purchasing processes for assigned RegionsDirects and participates in patient centered marketing activities in accordance with approved marketing plansEnsures that center QI/QA activities are conducted in accordance with the corporate QI/QA plans for assigned RegionsMonitors reports/dashboard to identify variances in center performance and coordinate with center leaders to address successes and deficienciesEnsures center compliance with regulatory and grant requirementsMaintains knowledge of and adheres to corporate policies related to Safety, Risk Management, AAAHC, HRSA and OSHA requirements
