• Develops job descriptions and posts open positions in various recruiting sources to maximize visibility and exposure to potential candidates and generate large applicant pools for bi-weekly training classes• Conducts new hire orientation including training on how to navigate ADP Workforce now• Oversees all aspects of LOA, FMLA, Workman’s Compensation and Benefits Enrollment programs – including but not limited to: Process and approve LOA and FMLA requests, file workman’s compensations claims and provide necessary documentation and follow up, organize and execute benefits open enrollment process, process new hire enrollment and terminate benefits upon separation of employment • Responsible for handling all employee relations matters and conducting thorough prompt investigations• Responsible for working closely with the executive leadership team in order to create policies and procedures for the continued growth and success of the company• Review, edit and approve all job requisitions, disciplinary actions, reviews, termination requests and rate increases • Regional offices supported in addition to in Dallas TX: Buffalo NY, Schaumberg IL, and Louisville KY
