Completed a week’s work experience completing various marketing tasks such as uploading posts on to LinkedIn daily, data researching and analysing competitor reviews.

During my marketing work experience I developed skills that I will be able to use to progress towards my career. I was given the opportunity to create my own marketing campaign for beaty brand REFY where I developed the idea for them to have their own beauty box for loyal and returning customers to sign up to a subscription where they receive monthly makeup products to encourage them to continue to be a loyal customer. I developed skills on digital marketing, content creation, creativity, communication and adaptability and this was practiced through tasks I completed throughout the course, one of the examples being my REFY campaign.

During my employment at Grace and Co, I developed many skills that I will be able to take with me and apply to future roles. The main skills I learnt were customer service, communication, sales techniques, and teamwork.
