Consultant - Hr Generalist
Current- Provide business specific inputs to the development and execution of Colt’s people strategy, in conjunction with Global HRBP.
- Translate HR strategy into practical and effective HR solutions in conjunction with the Global HRBPs, Centers of Innovation, and the business stakeholders.
- Manage reorganization projects (restructuring, outsourcing, etc.) working closely with Global HRBPs, business stakeholders, local HR and finance to ensure the plan is on track and is appropriately accounted.
- Work closely with the Global HRBP and line managers, employees and Centers of Innovation to develop job ladders and career paths, to ensure that HRG develop the skills and competencies that the business needs while.
- Drive a High Performance Culture and is recognized as a true business change agent.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Coaches line managers on complex people issues to ensure they are able to carry out their people management responsibilities effectively.
