Searching for suitable candidates as per the requirements from internal database, various job portals like Naukri, Times job and Monster to source right professionals for right job.Profiling, Screening & Interview preparation of the applications received. Scheduling interviews, coordinating with the client for closure of hires, coordinating with candidates until they join the organization.Maintaining pertinent database of resumes for analysis based on specific parameters like skill sets, years of experience, previous companies worked, expectations etc.Maintaining files for each department after proper documentation.Co-ordination with H.R regarding D.O.J, Location & Salary of the new joinee.Providing Joining Kit which includes Offer letter, Salary Break-up, P.F & E.S.I.C Declaration Forms, Bank Form, H.R Policies, etc.Issuing them the I Card & Bank Kit.Updating & providing the Employee Database on Monthly basis to H.R.Timely deposit of employee Salary & P.F / E.S.I.C contribution.Providing Salary Slips to the Employees.Preparation of Salary Bills of different department based on the P.O. & coordinating for quick release of payment.Ensuring resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management employee relations.Maintaining files for different departments.
