• Grant writing and written communications at a professional level, NDOE policies and guidelines, Internal budget and financial systems, student information systems, event planning, PEG grant guidelines, Post-Secondary recruiting practices, program development, planning, coordination in higher education setting, community college, their mission and purpose.• Excellent organizational skills, manage grant budgets, strong interpersonal communication and event planning, outstanding verbal and writing, effective presentations, analytical and problem solving, self-starter, take initiative and complete task, proficiency in Microsoft applications and emails.• Work effectively with college staff and faculty, monitor and manage large budgets, collaborate with academic division, assist in recruiting CTE student ambassadors, incorporate short/long term planning, monitor department activity and balance goals with available resources, multi task and delegate effectively, travel and adjust schedule as events dictate.• Coordinate the Career and Technical Education (CTE) high school outreach program. Develop CTE recruitment materials. Manage contact and follow up with prospective CTE students. Create/manage CTE College Credit student information database. Manage paperwork for credit transcription. Maintain the process for awarding credits and send letters to students and parents. Monitor department activity and balance goals with available resources. • Plan, manage, and coordinate all CTE high school recruiting events and activities on or off campus.
