Sales Executive
-Act as the first contact window to answer customers phone calls, emails, and web chats (Zendesk), place sales order, prepare quotation and invoices billing.-Deliver projects to clients and collect feedback, upload them to the system for team to revise the projects.-Manage sales orders, payment, and customer database via CRM system (Vtiger) and keep the system up to date for example customer profiles, sales data, and payment details. -Prepare sales report and presentation for team meeting and follow up the action items after sales meeting.-Carry out administrative duties including handling general recruitment process and onboarding process.
