Wilsonart LLC is one of the largest manufacturers of worksurfaces in the UK and Europe, it is a Wilsonart International company.My current role within the company evolved from my initial graduate position and now comprises of a more structured set of roles and responsibilities that involve travelling and liaising with other colleagues across Europe, in particular France and Germany. Overall it is my job to ensure the worktop sales function in the UK & Europe are supported with the necessary marketing tools, including product samples & presentations, product pricing and product literature. My other responsibilities include; management of website development, marketing budget, management of online sales with quarterly sales review, overseeing all literature and POS designs and liaising with marketing agencies.

In a graduate position with a title 'commercial projects' this role very quickly provided me with a vast array of different work experiences across many areas of the business enabling me to pick up numerous skills and responsibilities. The roles included;Product training for Wickes employees, creation of powerpoint presentations for the senior team, event management for corporate events e.g. golf days, project management for internal building projects, sample management, the setup and launch of the online sales function of the business and lastly significant involvement in all marketing projects.
