• Management of external stakeholder relationships across the region, including Future Leaders Programme participants, headteachers, facilitators, leadership coaches and programme mentors, resolving issues as and when.
• Line management of Associate in the North region
• Oversaw Future Leaders Programme delivery across the North
• Responsible for North team meeting and exceeding KPIs, including monitoring and evaluation
• Budget management in the North region

• Relationship management of Future Leaders Programme participants in the Y&H and North East regions, acting as a first point of contact and providing support and challenge
• Design and delivery of high-quality training for participants on the Future Leaders Programme
• Event management of large-scale residential training events for programme participants
• Network engagement through the design and delivery of regional events

• Responsibility for progress and outcomes of all children in the class
• Tracking and analysis of progress data on a regular basis
• Management of learning support assistants on a day to day basis
• Relationship building with students and parents from diverse backgrounds
• Close collaboration with external agencies such as Children’s Social Work Services and TaMHS (Targeted Mental Health in Schools) Leeds
