My role within Collective (as well as the SME size of the company) has given me the chance to take on many different roles throughout the company, focusing on Project Management and General Team Management. As a Project Manager, I am required to manage and lead both the team and project from start to finish, working unsupervised on each respective project. I am responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of said project to ensure that the final assets are delivered within the agreed time, cost and quality the client expects. Another essential aspect of my role is establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, calls, and email communication.My general management role includes tasks such as financial planning, HR, office management and team development, as well as implementing systems and processes that create a smooth running of the business.Due to the structure of the company, my role also involved acting as a key contact between c-suite management and general staff, by creating a line of communication that was as efficient as possible for both parties. I was entrusted with top-level agency planning, and required to oversee its successful implementation throughout the company.
