Facilitate the coordination and communication between financial, operational, and business support functions.- Manage Human Resources requirements for new hires, re-hires, and off-boarding, including tracking documentation, fingerprinting, and compliance with policies and procedures.- Ensure that Accounting and HR Department requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.- Provide development and implementation of initiatives that improve SNBC’s operational systems, processes, and policies, thereby contributing to long-term operational excellence while supporting the organization’s mission.
