Lead for annual external / internal audit and implement internal control such as annual interest declaration, risk register, WFOE checklist etc.; 5. Setup and manage the internal control and financial risk management policy and procedures; 6. Lead system automation and migration to improve work efficiency; 7. Develops and motivates team members. Ensures that all team members are appropriately coached and trained in order to leverage talent throughout the organization.
