1. Review month end closing / year end closing and lead process improvement. Annual budgeting and controlling. Provides accurate and timely accounting information for both financial reporting and management analysis purpose; 2. Manage the preparation and submission of financial report and management accounting report including monthly financial report, BU report, CEO report, group report, profitability analysis, cash flow forecast etc.; 3. Treasury management and minimize foreign currency risk; 4. Lead for annual external / internal audit and implement internal control such as annual interest declaration, risk register, WFOE checklist etc.; 5. Setup and manage the internal control and financial risk management policy and procedures; 6. Lead system automation and migration to improve work efficiency; 7. Develops and motivates team members. Ensures that all team members are appropriately coached and trained in order to leverage talent throughout the organization.

1. Contribute fully to the development of company strategy, providing financial analysis and guidance on activities, plans, targets and business drivers2. Key project team member of cutting plant building Project & Solar Project etc., mainly respond for overall cost control, contract review and project status update3. Report all finance operations in an accurate and timely manner with “No Surprise”4. Monthly closing arrangement, update P&L, BS analysis report, prepare for annual audit5. Coordinate each department forecast, update Budget Report6. Costing review and update, lead weekly revenue/margin/AR/Stock review meeting with sales7. Follow up on material supply and customer demand, including customer order, production capacity, stock, internal order review, to ensure product on time delivery and no surplus stock.

1. OPEX/CAPEX forecast and analysis, focus on cost control and improve productivity 2. Actual cost tracking, purchase order approval and provide finance support for project bidding3. Volume forecast and actual analysis, work closely with country managers in APJ region to identify, action to have a better arrangement on headcount and production, ensure the operational result ties up or over-achieve targets4. Identify opportunity and risk for project, like new factory setup and building improvement etc.5. Asset Management/Asset Assessment/Capitalization policy brief and update/Annual Count6. Key participant for GAT Audit & Bank Double Byte projects
