Ms. Lv is a Marteting Director at SynTao. She develops company’s marketing and branding strategy and improve company’s reputation. She founded the NGO “CCM” independently, Chinese “simeng”, focusing the growth and development of Chinese CSR managers. And help them build the circle and group of communicating with each other. And provide the learning opportunities and network in 2015. She also manages CRO（Corporate Responsibility officer） Forum, focus on new social problem like community development and environment and so on, and provide CSR trend and new information for double hundred’ companies CSR managers. In 2015, she launched new project “Cross-sector dialogue” event in six cities, and the program influences almost three hundred’ organizations including NGOs and corporates and five thousand’ people.Besides, Ms. Lv is Co-founder of Impact Hub Shanghai, focusing on social innovation enterprises growing for solving social and environmental challenge.She holds a BA in management from Wuhan University in China.
