- Responsible for Marketing, PR, BD & Outsourcing for both projects and LPs. - Communication & Negotiations with target Government, Finance Institutes, List companies and Agencies as well as assistance to structure design and projects follow-up for Investment.

- Responsible for Marketing, PR, BD & Recruitment for the Fintech Start-up which Provides FOF management and Investment Research Tools online.- Supervised marketing activities and develop new channels for cooperation from both marketing and strategy perspectives.- Organized online & offline events for Promotion needs. 567 teams from 107 universities home & abroad and 15 renowned institutional sponsors joined the National Investment Analyst Competition organized by Qutke, Resset & UIBE this year.

- Full responsible for sales, offline marketing, operation, recruitment and academic and staff management in the center- Driving sales performance from monthly 1.8 million to 2.3 million as well as maintaining high satisfaction rates among customers which made the center Top 3 Regional Outstanding Performance Centre in 2014.- 2 of National Top 10 sales who won slots for EF Global Sales Elites Summit in London were from my center and the operation manager also achieved top-tier performance rewards in my duration.

- Responsible for organization and coordination of DEMO CHINA 2013 with CYZONE. Screened 200+ startups and discovered ZHAOZHAO by active BD who won as Top 2 in Internet Session in the Final.
