At FRM follow client briefs and submit suitable talent for various projects.I participate in marketing talents to clients through various channels, focusing on email marketing using Klaviyo, dropboxes and links.- I update our social media platforms and agency website, reflecting current talent and agency developments. Posting new photos online and updating the both sites (frm & reelfaces).- Create various forms of marketing materials for our talents; comp cards, e-cards, folios, digicards, and other materials, using Photoshop, InDesign and Canva.- Utilise Casting Network and StarNow to put talents forward and secure bookings for various jobs, providing the right talent for specific briefs.- I provide administrative assistance in day-to-day operations, working closely with the director to ensure a seamless day.- Communicating with clients and creating invoices, job cards and call sheets. - Calling up talent and clients, communicating with them to ensure satisfaction. - Creating storyboards for photographers/stylists to follow Key Achievement:- I successfully scout new talents, working to expand the agency's board- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to enhance the agency's online presence and showcase talent.- Create behind the scene content for the agency’s social media, capturing daily activities.- Execute general administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of daily tasks.- Actively participating in marketing talents to clients through various channels, with a focus on email marketing using Klaviyo and Outlook.- Selecting shots with the director, and working closely to decide final images to print.- Taking phone calls for director- Working admin for director, scheduling interviews and responding to info/admin emails- Proactively pitch talents to existing and potential clients.- Utilising creative writing skills for marketing materials.- scheduling photo shoots and communicating with photographers
