*Cash applications / Process credits* Resolves vendor compliance* Handles top accounts with chargeback issues including rectifying erroneously claims and adjustments for subsequent reimbursements. Negotiates payment schedule for deliquent accounts.* Screens all types of credit request & Maintain A/R files and cash receipts and provide administrative support to co-worker.* Work with the factor in collecting past dues accounts.

Prepares A/R reports and presides monthly to the CFO the status of Accounts Receivalbe and Chargebacks. * Writes task specific queries in AS400 and MAS200 to use cash, credit, and chargeback analysis. * Resolves vendor compliance issues pro-actively with operations, logistics and shipping managers. *Handles top accounts with chargeback issues including rectifying erroneously claims and adjustments for subsequent reimbursement. Negotiates payment schedule for deliquent accounts. * Maintaining records of authorizations for Markdowns, Advertisng, Accommodation returns, etc. * Coordinates with Sales, Production, Shipping and Customer Service depts in extending credit and sales discounts for damaged merchandise, short shipments, late deliveries, pricing discrepancies and markdown allowance. * Screens and process all types of credit request
